not enough info. But you have a boost leak somewhere. Probably a gasket or vacuum line.

X2. Not to be a dick...but if YOU can't even narrow it down, how are we going to?

Gasket, vacuum hose, did you mess with the injectors, electrical connections, go over step by step what you did...you will find it.

Grab a can of starting fluid and spray it over where the vaccum lines or gasket leak could possibly be (near the supercharger etc etc) if the rpms pick up there is your leak.

A vac leak at the boost gauge t isn't going to make your car run extremely crappy (just moderately crappy). I'd say that you bunked your supercharger gasket or your blower swap was for one that is fubarred.

5 psi means you've got a leak somewhere it's just a matter of where.

did ytou swap the supercharger with the the same type, or a differnt one. If I was a different one it could be your tune.... as for what he said about the gasket... since you took one s/c off and put another one on if could very well be your gasket is where leaking is coming from. The more info you can come up with the better

Also i would say try puting the other blower back on and see what you get...

He probably ported it. You don't need a tune for a port/polish of the s/c generally speaking. But he is lucky because stagemeier is in st. louis as I remember it. If the s/c is fubarred he can fix it no problem.
