HELP: Case learn not working

Ok so i got the car starting every time now. The car is rich as ***** because of this case learn jazz.

I go to do a case learn on HPT or my Interceptor, and as i go to rev up slowly to that 4-5k that is supposed to be a fuel cut to get the two calibrated... It doesn't cut fuel then. How do I go about solving this issue?

how do i do a case learn to get the fuel cut off around that 4-5k area that it expects, what am i doing wrong?

Any help would be great need to know whats going on no later than tmrw.

Thanks in advance.

Case Relearn should have no effect on how rich or lean car is.

•Install a scan tool.
•Monitor the ECM for DTCs with a scan tool. If other DTCs are set, except DTC P0315, refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle for the applicable DTC that set.
•With a scan tool, select the CKP system variation learn procedure and perform the following:
3.1. Observe the fuel cut-off for the applicable engine.

3.2. Block the drive wheels.

3.3. Set the parking brake.

3.4. Place the vehicle's transmission in Park or Neutral.

3.5. Turn the air conditioning (A/C) OFF.

3.6. Cycle the ignition from OFF to ON.

3.7. Apply and hold the brake pedal for the duration of the procedure.

3.8. Start and idle the engine.

3.9. Accelerate to wide open throttle (WOT). The engine should not accelerate beyond the calibrated fuel cut-off RPM value noted in step 3.1. Release the throttle immediately if the value is exceeded.

Important: While the learn procedure is in progress, release the throttle immediately when the engine starts to decelerate. The engine control is returned to the operator and the engine responds to throttle position after the learn procedure is complete.

3.10. Release the throttle when fuel cut-off occurs.

•The scan tool displays Learn Status: Learned this Ignition. If the scan tool indicates that DTC P0315 ran and passed, the CKP variation learn procedure is complete. If the scan tool indicates DTC P0315 failed or did not run, refer to DTC P0315 . If any other DTCs set, refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle for the applicable DTC that set.
•Turn OFF the ignition for 30 seconds after the learn procedure is completed successfully.

Also

Important: The Crankshaft Position (CKP) System Variation Learn Procedure may have to be repeated up to 5 times before the procedure is learned for various reasons.

Perform the Crankshaft Position (CKP) System Variation Learn Procedure. Refer to Crankshaft Position System Variation Learn .

Does the scan tool display Learned this Ignition?

If the CKP system variation learn procedure cannot be performed successfully, inspect for the following conditions:

• Any worn crankshaft main bearings

• A damaged reluctor wheel

• Excessive crankshaft runout

• A damaged crankshaft--Refer to Crankshaft and Bearings Cleaning and Inspection .

• Interference in the signal circuit of the CKP sensor

• The ignition switch is in the ON position until the battery is drained.

• A powertrain control module (PCM) power disconnect with the ignition ON that may have erased the stored value and set DTC P0315.

• Any debris between the CKP sensor and the reluctor wheel
