i need to prove that the spark plugs in the LSJ are in fact NGK that come stock because the dealer keeps telling me that they are AC Delco and i know that the stock plugs that i pulled out of there are NGK and they dont believe it so i need some proof that they are NGK plugs they will not fix my car under warrenty because they are telling me that the stock plugs are not NGK so i need to prove them wrong and fast.

 

thats rediculous!!!!! tell them to go pull a plug from an SS/SC on the lot! lol

they claimed they did pull one off the lot and that it was in fact ac delco and i told them that it is bs they probally pulled the plugs on a 2.4

i cant find any solid proof that they are does anyone know where i can find proof

well the dealer didnt listen nor believe me so they billed me for 426.69 for installing a damn helicol and spark plugs the wrong flipping ones anyways the plugs were 10 bucks a peice so i called gm and they are looking into it i have a case number and everything they said that a higher up is going to call me on thursday to talk about reinbursment the guy i talked to on the phone totally understood me and said he would get working on it right away in the morning

well the guys by me already did it and i picked the car up and figured it bitch at them when they open in the morning and im just going to wait to here back from gm because my grandma used to work for them and she knows some pretty higher ups so if anything i just have her talk to her friends

and crate engine depot FTW i got my stage 2 exhaust and dual pass from them

Rizza Chevy in Bridgeview same place i got it from and the insurance company tows the car to the closest dealer and it was them

 

yes lattoff = ced. they are the best and the only dealer i go to. they will install anything and warrenty it (they even offered to do my nitrous but i said nay, labor sucks and i can do it )
