I just received my k&n typhoon that I got on ebay. Guy said it was brand new just didn't have a filter. Well I opened it and noticed the silicon coupler is missing. Does anyone know where I can order one where they arn't like 20 bucks? The instructions say it is a 2.75" - 3.00" coupler. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it.

 

Call K&N and see if they will sell that alone.

 

That is what Turbotechracing suggested. I just ended up ordering one from the "silicon shop" online. 10 bucks shipped for a 2.75-3 by 3" length coupler. Hopefully it works ok. I would like to see some pics of the typhoon installed if anyone could post some. I'd like to see how it connects to the TB.

I called advanced and they said they didn't have any so I figured an autozone or the like wouldn't either. Oh well, it was 10 bucks shipped and its silicon. Good enough for me. Just sucks it didn't come with one. I was pissed.
