HELP!!! limp mode

so yesterday i installed the bkr7e plugs and clened my throttle body. i felt as though the car had lost a step and today on the way to work it went into "engine power reduced" and would not build boost. anyone had a problem like this?

You prob messed up the t.b somehow or connector is barely on it. Check the t.b connector and youll have a code.

Seems to be too common of a problem on cobalts?

Due to messing with the throttle plate?

It's your TB. Had same issue. I cleaned the TB completely, checked the wiring, cleaned the MAF sensor and seafoamed it. No issues since. BUT if that doesn't do it, your TB is done.

Lmao!!! That's the keyword, "hoping". Same thing happened to me. It would come and go. I would have to stop at times, turn it off, wait couple minutes, then drive again. Got tired of it. You should Di what I said.

i had the same issue before except mine was kinda recurring. I ended up having a wiring issue on my tb. maybe thats your culprit as well
