You checked all fuses and relays... Make sure you have power at the starter. and check the signal wire

I already checked the starter.. before when it was clicking there was alot of sparking around the starter. the guy that build my engine didnt put all the wires back where they were supposed to be. like theres some kind or ground on one of my tranny or oil pan bolts. stupid ass people. But i really dont know what to do right now. all the lights come on and i changed the battery already so its gotta be one of the ground wires somewhere on the starter and the problem is i dont know which one goes where now. theres a ground wire that has a red rubber peice thats going to one of the starter bolts and then theres a little ground wire going to the smallest bolt.

Does anyone have pictures of the starter and where the ground wires go on it??? I really need some help on which ground wires goes where

what do you mean? if your talking about the start theres 3 bolts one small one and 2 big ones, and the red ground wire is one of the big ones and the other one is on one of my tranny bolts, and then theres another small ground wire which is on the smallest bolt
