what are the best HID kits to get and where can i get them? im looking to do a bright white on my red 07 cobalt ss/sc

Morimoto is the best brand of HID that you can buy. You would want the bi-xexon kit. THat is the kit that will retain high/low beam. If you buy the kit like mkulrey said you will get everything plug and play
