Question horsepower..please help :(

What is the highest hp rating on our cars, and how was it built upon in order to achieve these #...
Im parking the ss for couple years until i finish college than throwing in a twin screw. I need to know if the Axles, tranny (drive train) etc... is a MUST to upgrade in our cars.. my buddy riped his axles with drags, but he did his own tuning with meth... so i cant really go off that.
Im going buy the 2010 SS camaro SS2 and attempting to 700whp... after i get my projected HP im going continue on the cobalt again..
Im tired of the ghetto rigging in these cars to run them . i want it done right.
i understand the pistons are a must, clutch / flywheel.. does the block have to be redone, i cant find any answers anywhere, its just kids talking **** about what they have and what they think they have..
Last dyno on the cobalt i was @ 245whp... As far as i know right now i can only get like 20more whp before i start blowing everything up. Im getting rid of the shitty roots because the nose over spins @ a 2.6 and lower pulley... which is why i dont understand why people go any lower and think they are obtaining the HP listed.. YOUR BREAKING YO **** PEOPLE
what i mean by ghetto rigging is putting the attachment on the pulley so you dont over spin..cant remember what its call but.... (that only helps for so long)
Daily driving shifting @ 3k rpm to "re condition" the cluch when it starts to slip WTF?
i really love my cobalt but im getting aggreviated as **** and no one seems to know WTF to do with these damn cars anymore... BUT IM NOT GIVING UP... even though test driving the T/C cobalt was sooooo niiceee.

damn dealers try to offer me 8k for the damn car WITH a factory upgrade on it... i got 10k for my cobalt LS when i traded it in for the ss (granted the market is horrible) but ****

Ive been in afghanistan for past year, so i really havnt kept up on the details of the S/C cobalt..
i have a 2006 S/C Cobalt ss.

your not going to go get anywhere with the twin screw.

There is someone running over 450hp on stock internals.

is that with the s/c or t/c cobalt... because with stock internals 400 on these cars is very very VERY rare / unlikly... ive seen motors blowing at 320whp .... specifically 4th piston ring.. or even the tranny going boom... specifically 3rd gear..
