How do u check if the bypass valve and boost soleniod doesn't work anymore

had problems with mine the other day, too kthe 2 boltso ut, lubed the rod and got it to work free again.

im talking about the black by pass actuator valve on the s/c, sometimes the rod can get coroded and cause it to stick in spots, mine was. i was also running meth at the TB, still am, just gotta keep an eye on it.

at an idle the valve isnt gonna move a whole lot since its not gonna build much boost, just pull the lever and feel for any rough spots.

The rod is a little rusted, I'm just going to get a new actuator and soleniod

the boost bypass solenoid is depowered open so if you unplug it the solenoid will open and not allow the car to go into boost

If you have been running meth pre blower for a while, in my experience, your bypass valve cross shaft is probably corroded and sticking and the valve cant move it. try some penetrating oil, it may help but the only permanent solution is to remove the blower and fix it right.
