How does this set-up look?

The only mod I have is the air box mod.I plan on adding in this order...

1. Cx Heat exchanger
2. Intense stage 4 (with Stage 2 belt)
LSJ-MSS-625 - Machined Gen V M62 Supercharger Snout
LSJ-INT-SCO - INTENSE™ Supercharger Oil (8oz)
GVC-GMT - GM Gasket Maker
LSJ-IMH-090 - INTENSE™ LSJ Modular Pulley System
LSJ-IMP-270 - INTENSE™ 2.70" pulley
LSJ-STP-630 - Oversized Supercharger Tensioner Pulley
LSJ-ASP-3922 - Autolite® Copper Core Spark Plugs
LSJ-FIS-600-4 - Siemens 60 pound/hour Fuel Injectors
LSJ-CIH-102155 - Casper's LSJ Injector Wiring Harness
INTENSE™ Stage 4 LSJ PCM

3.Then work on full exhaust
4.Dyno tune

Does that sound like a good set-up?

If you go Stage 4, you are going to want to get a tune ASAP so not to destroy anything.

Canned tunes can mean disaster, just make sure you can monitor everything.

They sent out a machined snout, and you have to send in the old one as a core.

At the OP; that kit is fine and dandy, but see if you can; get a 2.8 instead. It's a bit safer, and you don't have to machine the snout or anything.

Would the CA stage 4 be any better? Stage #4 : 2.6 ZZP Interchangeable Pulley system , 2 step colder ngk IRIDIUM spark plugs , GM shortened belt , ZZP Adjustable Tensioner , 60# Siemens Injectors , Injector Wiring Harness, Stage #4 Retune. I can't really decide what to do. Are our cars bad enough to really worry about the warrenty?I was also considering GM stage 2 with a 2.9 ..my local chevy shop told me install would be 2.5 hrs and $172.50. What would be a ballpark figure for gains on that?Later on if I had GM stage 2 if I wanted a smaller pulley and 60's would I have to get a new tune?

The install time is not a bad price, but its a waste of money if your going to get a smaller pulley and 60lb injectors. Neither of which come with it and the tune wont work so...

and intense canned tunes are **** from what gets said on here.

Any word on the Cobalt Addiction tunes? ... I wouldn't figure all canned tunes could be so bad considering thats what the GM stage 2 is. I would only need the tune until I get full exhaust afterwards and then have it dyno tuned. Not that it really matters but I also only drive this car on the weekends.

Also where would be a good place to look for tunning shops in VA?

If your going to get tuned then there is no point in getting a stage kit. Do a 2.6, small belt, meth, a custom tune and full exhaust will get you where you want to be,

i think a 2.6 is too small and can over spin the sc
2.7 is a good pulley with the meth, and will give you plenty of boost

If I do my own kit I would have to get it tuned before I drive my car AT ALL after adding the pulley and 60's? If so would I have to get it tuned after exhaust and whatnot again?
