How does a wot box work?

Im looking to getting a wot box as my next mod, but idk how they work. Well, all i need is the launch control. I cant see how nls can be that benefical to supercharged cars seeing as they dont loose boost pressure in bewteen shifts. Where can i find one and how do tey hook yp?

get both features i have it and it doesnt drop boost between shifts you basic hold your peak boost and get quicker shifts also the launch control works great, you can also use it as a window switch for meth and nitrous or a shift light!

Its 6 different wires that you need to tap into: Clutch switch, WOT switch, Injectors, 2 Ignition (coilpacks) and Ground. Its really simple to do.

And yes definitely get the NLS, I think that helps even more than the 2 Step!

So would I have to cut wires? Or could I use those blue clamps to just splice onto em

you have no use for launch control IMO unless you are running a sticky tire. the NLS is beneficial in preserving the clutch i would get that.

For ignition (on my VW) i was told to cut the wires and then solder the WOT box wires to it. However, on the other wires I used the blue clamps that you mentioned.

practice, the wot box isnt going to give you better launches, just more consistent once you get launching down pat.

i was going to just type practice, but i figured this would be more appropriate in getting it said repeatedly.

If you plan on getting slicks or DR's for the track or just daily use get both features. If not then just get NLS. It makes your shifts way smoother and is easier on your clutch...unless your too slow going from 1-2 lol

It is really easy to wire in too!
