rice ive actually watched ur vid before looking at different setups and it sounds ok but the vid makes a little hard to really picture it right now thats my plan but i wanted to see if others had different setups that could be similar to it

and as a personal note to the people arguing over evo and subi get over it man to each his own i personal perfer the ls1 all day but a real car guy in my book can appreciate all types of cars

Theres a few ways to get the subary around... im being serious btw.

1. Buy a subaru
2. crack a ringland or something in 1 cylinder
3. take off exhaust valves.

subarus get their tone from an un-equal length manifold. if you have ever seen one then you would understand. its 2 pipes usually going to 1 and then coming over into another 2 pipes going to 1 that eventually merge together. put an equal length manifold on a subaru and its **** sounding for the most part.

your never ever going to get that sound out of a ecotec. buy a long tube header with a cat, a catback with a muffler and resonator and be happy with it for what it is. not many lsjs sound good imho and its really easy to make one sound bad. the jbp header is a pain in the ass to install, the quality isnt very good and its pricey.

back to the topic im definitely gunna do a longtube header but what would be a good exhaust i was thinking zzp 2.5 if i get that would be a good idea for resonator to get a lower tone ?
ErMiGawd.
Im posting. Again. In your thread after you said not too.

Maybe if you didnt ask such dumb questions and/or learned how to use the search function, you wouldnt be treated like the dill hole you are.

PS learn the difference in engines before you ask how to make one car sound like another.

Its because you can't even get a similar sound you tard . Its a completely different engine layout. Its like me asking to have my car sound like a Ferrari, it can't happen. If u want a subie sound take a rocker arm off or unplug a coil wire.

I'll wait for the thread of you swapping an ej20 for lulz

Get hpt. Go to timing table. Columns 3000-5000 make 45 all the way down. That should do the trick.
