How to time internal chain???

I need help on figuring out how to properly set up the internal chain that runs the water pump and balancer shafts. I've replaced a pitted sleeve from a blown piston, put the block back together, and this is my next step. I already know how to time the timing chain. I see two white chain links and I think another discolored link that might be for the "green" balancer shaft mark.

easiest thing to do is go to advanced or autozone and pick up a hayes manual...i did my timing chain and balance shaft chain a while ago and it wasnt too hard
