I Dont Know What To Do!!!!!

Ok, here's the deal. Recently i have been just sold on getting a set of rims and lowering my car. well, to do that it will cost me probably 1000+ dollars. Today, i was thinking, skip the rims and tires, and go Stage 2, and possibly 2.8" pulley afterwards. what do you guys think? If I keep my rims, I will most likely paint them black and still lower the car. I plan on using my tax return. Opinions would be helpful. ThAnks!

Here is a photo of the rims i was considering

honestly i dunno, I have a CAI currently, and I just dont know. I think stage 2 would be cool because i wont be spending as much money, and like i said, I was thinkin of painting my stock rims. I want it to be faster, but not super duper fast. If i could break 13's into mid to high 13's I'd be more than happy. But, rims look cool, so to me, it seems like a horse a piece

do i have to upgrade injectors from the stage 2 if i went 2.8" pulley?

if i run the gm stg 2, would I be better off with a 3" exhaust or 2.5"?

No you dont need to upgrade the Injectors for the 2.8 and IMO ill buy a 2.5 exhaust.

I dislike that so many people do a few little appearance changes and think their cars are hot ****. FUNCTION OVER FORM any day. I enjoy both original and functional upgrades.

Thats my 2 cents.

Performance over appearance in my opinion. Go with the stage 2 and then get the rims or just powdercoat your stockers.

Well if I were you, I'd do more research into how people are reaching 13s and how many of them are reaching 13s securely.
