Coo. From what I've been reading, it's well worth it. Keep us updated on how you like it.

Cost is $1071.89 installed.

It is one of only two performance chevy dealerships in wisconsin and since I only have 575 miles on my car I don't want to take any chances with warranty issues. Besides, my dealership is awesome and I don't mind paying extra. They are the type of dealership that has already told me and proven (because of my bro's SS/SC) if ANYTHING goes wrong under warranty...they will fix it..no problems or questions about it.

Dude there is no way you're not going to notice a difference, I bought the kit myself, then brought to the stealership to put it on. But I slipped a 2.8 pulley in there and they didn't notice.

you made a successful 3.0 for 2.8 switch off? i was wondering if that was possible, was debating that myself!

I would be lying if I said I wasn't thinking of that, but mathematically speaking...a 2.8 will run the 42lb injectors on too high a duty cycle. Not saying you can't but you really should run bigger than 42's with a 2.8 pulley.

I can give you guys the forumla's if you want them?

I appreciate all the input as well guys, thanks!!

Got it back

Here is my take on it ( I only got to drive it back to work so no one jump me for what I say alright?)

The car feels... "looser"...does that sound strange. What I mean as it is not as "herky jerky" when you start out or get on the gas. But there is definitely a difference when you stand in it with how it takes off

Not like OH MY GOD!!!!!! But it is DEFINITELY a good difference.

Can anyone else confirm what I am talking about?

I was getting my stage 2 installed today as well, except the reflash wasnt downloading for my dealer. I have to go back in the morning to get it fully finished, but from what i could tell it seemed to be alot smoother.

Congrats on your new mod. I can't wait to get Stage II. I deff. am ordering for myself for Christmas. As long as I can find a cheap 4x4 for winter. The cobalt is getting stored soon enough. Again, grats on the mod.

Thumbs up Got mine too

I've had mine installed a week, now. Had to go out of town so it stood in the parking lot for a week. But what a difference. It was about the same cost as FNFast's and makes it pull like a train in third. Getting to sixty in second is easy and still have 1,000rpm to go (new redline is 7,000?)
And no badges.......
