IAT temps normal?

I have a 06 SS/SC that is stock other then a CX racing big h/e, cai and ported tb, im pretty sure all of the air is bled out and it has a 50/50 mix of dexcool. My IAT2s are consistantly 20-30deg higher then my IAT's, For example, tonight it was 57 out, slightly rainy and my IATs cruising around town were 90-95, IAT2s were 115-120, i turned my "intercooler pump" off in hp tuners and it made no difference in IAT2s. And as soon my car idle'd not going anywhere my IAT's went up 10-15 deg each. Also i do not see any coolant moving at all in the H/E "T" any ideas on how to test my IC pump? i dont hear it running. And my heat exchanger is cold to the touch, any ideas? Thanks!

Hit it with a hammer. You should see coolant going through the filler neck.

Cruising around town wont allow much air flow....get some RPM in it and it should drop closer to ambient temp.

I've seen one replaced and its not THAT bad, but its certainly good to just throw a new pump in there. Especially considering that it might be the only pump thats been on the car, 6 years old for a pump? I'd say its worth it just to replace.
