Immediate Help Needed!!

After installing my B&M Shifter, I took it for a drive and got reduced power. I then realized after calling a friend my maf was unplugged. I plugged it in, but still had the reduced power.

These are the codes.

p1101
p1182
p0068
p2228

can someone please let me know what these mean, or give me a "code" site. Thanks.

Dtcs' are
p1101- intake airflow system performance - pcm detects that actual airflow by the maf, scip, and tp sensors does not correspond with calculated airflow for more then .5 seconds
p1182 - supercharger inlet pressure(scip) sensor performance - actual airpressure by the scip does not correspond to calculated airpressure for more then .5 seconds
p0068 - throttle body airflow performance - calculated airflow rate is more then expected for more then .2 seconds
p2228 - barometric pressure (baro) sensor circuit low voltage - pcm detects baro is less then 50 kpa for more then 8 seconds OR pcm detects baro signal voltage is less than .51 volt for more then 8 seconds.

Clear dtcs (unplug battery for a few mins if you don't have a scanner) and restart.

Alright, the guy thats going to help me install my CAI tonight said not to touch my car and he would fix it. He said that he knows exactly what it is and we are fine. I dunno though, I am really worried that the MAF is broke or something. He is about 5 minutes away. He got pulled over for doing 50 in a 35. So he's running a little bit late lol.

julex - i do have an interceptor, if he says its fine to clear the codes, after he is done installing the cai, or even before, or whatever, then i will. Basically I am just waiting for him to get here now.

Codes are cleared, no more codes. However instead of a temp reading next to my mileage I have a ---

what the hell does that mean?

It says

--- 32383miles basically

clear them anyway, you know what they are.
Basically it sounds like it was just a fault when starting, nothing to do with shifter, probably just random. unless you did something more then just your shifter. I don't think it'd be maf sensor anyway worse case scenario, more like intake coupler loose or something of the likes.

did you start it back up? let it run for 5 mins, then turn off and start again.

You will through a MIL on special codes, but some codes if not enough faults are hidden unless you have a obd2 scanner of some sort, HPT, intercepter gauge, scan tool, etc

I have an interceptor and I cleared all of the codes. However I still am not getting my temp reading next to my mileage when i start the car. Instead its just a --- and stays that way. I am currently resetting the battery to see if it helps. Thanks.

it was probably because your maf sensor was unplugged. Plug it back in, clear the codes and take it for a drive.

heres a really basic but stupid question. did you put the maf sensor in the right way?

I unplugged the maf, plugged it back in, cleared the codes and took her for a drive and no luck. So, now i am unplugging the battery waiting a few minutes, plugging it back in, and then seeing if it works. If not, I will be really pissed.

When you changed your shifter, did you go near any wires? did you have the battery unplugged? just wondering if maybe something arked or grounded itself, and shorted out.

Plugged the battery back in, no luck. I am still not reading the temp outside. It just has --- and my interceptor is not picking up any codes.

Most codes require to be thrown more then 3 times to show, and not all codes will throw the MIL.

Sorry switching back to this every few mins, Go Celtics

Julex, I was changing the short throw shifter but the day before my buddy was messing with my intake getting ready to install the injen cai, however it started to rain so he quit. So the codes above were because he unplugged the maf and something else. All the codes are gone, I have no CEL, although I will when my p0420 cat code comes back, but the interceptor isn't catching this problem.

Thanks mate. The cold air intake is now installed and all is good. Tomorrow we will be finishing up all the gauges, hiding the wiring, and then installing the meth kit. Later on at night, we will be doing the HID high and low beam kit. Wish me luck.
