The search tool would have found this for you, but for simplicity:

You can get it almost anywhere, from cobalt-addiction.com to any one of five or ten other places (google search for Cobalt SS and Ingalls together). Installation requires basic hand tools, and it comes with instructions so it shouldn't be something you need to take to a mechanic to install. Engine/Tranny mounts are better though, especially if you decide to up the power, an engine dampener won't stop a 300 WHP motor by itself.

Hope this helps.

I do believe that JRP sells them.. you can also try rebel autoworxs. BTW have you heard about the Ontario Cobalt Club. Check it out at www.ontariocobaltclub.com

it will take you about 30 minutes to isntall the ingall's. make sure to be precise in your measurements (not your, the car's one... ahahahah) and it requires really basic tools. Follow the instructions closely and don't unscrew the middle screw where the motor is mounted to the chassis... you will see. this is where you will install the smallest part of the ingall's. anyway.... you can buy it anywhere on the web and have it delivered.. see ya and enjoy.. mine freshly in and helping to smooth the ride although it icnreased a bit vibration, especially when idle...
