I got my injen intake last night and got it installed. But it seems to fit extremely tight. I did remove my front bumper to install it but my filter is like jammed against my bumper. Also the top of the tube is rubbing on my hood damper. I loosened everything thing to see if i could get it adjusted but no luck. Anyone have any comments?

 

I had the same issue. I had to bend the connection to the firewall. I also used a piece of hose between the tube and the part of the body. I plan on taking some of the metal off at a later time, this is just temporary.

 

do you have the 2.4 or 2.0?

thank you....the reason i ask is because i was looking into getting the injen intake for my 2.4 and was wondering if anyone was having any fitment problems with that.....i'll have to do a search
