Hey... I have a ls4 throttle body and the 3.5 to 3" coupler. Just curious to see if anyone knows if the aem or k=n intakes for the ion redline are 3"? If so I am goin to order one so that I can install the throttle body.. Let me know.

you will need a new coupler though, a 3.5 to 3 inch silicon coupler.

 

Dont waste your money, the factory intake is just as big, actually bigger than the K&N and has been proven to flow just as well, some argue better with a regular drop in AEM or K&N filter, than the K&N intake. DO a search on the Redline forums for it. Hell I think its even a sticky in the performance section.

 

It is but the only reason I would be getting the intake is for the throttle body to couple up with the vibrant coupler I have unless there is a 3.5 to 2.5 coupler I have not hear about

 

there is, you have to special order online for it. but go for a 3 incher. it makes a huge difference. trust me
