intalling new spark plugs today

what are the best to use?
im deff going colder and just want to know the best brandi can pick up at auto zone, and when should li gap them at?
i have 2.8pulley, 60s injectors.

Well for a colder plug you can go NGK BRK7E or ACDeco FR1LS and start the gap at .40 and see how she does.
