Exclamation Interceptor... Help /:

Got it all wired up.. turns on and off fine.... but when it turns on, it just displays "Intake Air Temperature"..

Hit the right button and it doesn't switch the things, same with the left button.. Like it won't leave "Intake Air Temperature"..

It also isn't even reading the Intake air temperature.. like the only thing on the screen is the word "Intake air temperature".. and it's displaying that for the top and bottom reading..

I can't seem to get it off either of those..

I also set it to where it read boost, knock, iat1 and 2.. and other things.. so I know that's not the problem... anyone else got any ideas?

Another Update.... like it goes through all the stuff at the beginning, and as soon as it gets to the screen that is supposed to be reading stuff, if you want to do something, you have to click the buttons RIGHT AWAY.... like once it hits the screen that's supposed to be reading stuff, you can hit the two buttons and go to the menu, but you have to hit it AS SOON AS it gets on that screen.. if you wait even 5 seconds, and hit both buttons, nothing will happen......
I also tried it just hitting one button... As soon as it got to the last screen, I hit it right away, and it changed the reading to IAT2, which would be next, but it's still not reading my IAT2...

annnd I didn't know if I should put this in this section, General Cobalt section, Problems section, or electronics section... move if need be

Like click scan? It goes straight to the screen displaying "Intake Air Temeprature" on the top and bottom, but not ACTUALLY reading them, and not letting me switch to another parameter

Just curious if you just installed this or if this is an issue that recently developed?

I know my gauges would freeze and restart if I had selected parameters that weren't available for my car. Do you have any odd parameters towards the bottom of the setup list selected?

I would guess defective gauge. If you have it set up properly it should work fine. There isn't much as far as wiring that you can screw up.

I never took the red jumper off my guage...I don't have it hooked up to a source though (currently I just unplug it then plug it back in.) Correct me if I'm wrong, but the red jumper should still be there

Jumper stays if you are not using a 12v source and is removed when using a 12v source. He's got it hooked up right.

Gotcha, kind figured it was something like that, figured I'd throw it out there though.
