ok so obviously im sold because of the sound...what downpipe will work with it?

i think you dont use a downpipe it connects to the cat back i think

It doesnt connect to the cat-back. Any downpipe that bolts up into the stock downpipe place will work.

so your gonna get the catback to somehow reach all the way to the header? have you seen the size of the jbp header?

yes i have and it looks amazing! have you heard how it sounds..no rice just growl and like a pissed of lion oh man it sounds better than any other header on the market for cobalts hands down

yes jpb is long tube
yes it is a stock location bolt up
no it dosent bolt to the cat back
yes you can go aftermarket with any dp that uses the 3 bolt flange

Its a stock cobalt with just a basic downpipe/cat back. Nothing special, The JBP is all that contrubtes to the aewsome sound

yea there is another guy on youtube http://www.youtube.com/user/fhdxhdfh and he has 3 inch cat back i think and it just sounds amazing...i cant stand the way the normal headers and stock sound with a catback it is just ricey and honda sounding....im very very impressed with the sound and gains from the jbp header

yea but you get what you pay for...great gains one of if not the highest gains and a very unique and definetely the best sounding tones out of a balt...no rice sound...just a nice deep aggresive growl..

any resonator i hear glasspacks are restrictive...idk for sure though would make sense but like i said i really dont kno first hand....just go to a muffler shop and have a resonator welded in anything that is 1.5 to 2 foot should quiet you down to a good level
