I just talked to him on the phone, and he is waiting on parts to complete his current orders. What outlet size are you getting?
Did you get the Aluminized catback also?

He said it won't bolt up to stock because it is a 3 inch outlet, and the stock catback is 2.25 or 2.5.

He said he could make the outlet 2.5 if we wanted.

I think I may get a 2.5 outlet and have custom 2.5 catback done

the 02 sensors has to be mounted at an angle like that. the tog downpipe that i had was directly out to the side and it hit the heatshield. one bump and it would've broke off for sure.

the cat is mounted like that, because the o2 bung is on the cat. you have to twist the cat to have the o2 sensor at an angle

So that setup is fine?

Also, I talked to Willly on the phone and he said he has "a few cobalts out there with the full 3 inch setup...."

Well where are you?

Does anyone have this setup yet? Dyno's available? I would buy it if I could get the 2.5" downpipe, and if the cat would still pass the CARB test in NH. Someone post details please.

^Cool, keep us posted. When I put the 4-2-1 header on my s/c'd Z24 it was a world of difference. I hope this turns out great.

I think it is just a litttle misleading. I think the $700 is for the header and down pipe. Then he lists the downpipe separate for $350.

Someone who has talked to him or placed their order can confirm this.

The price is for the header, downpipe, and high flow cat. That's a steal if you ask me especially since in stainless steel.

The $700 includes the 3 series Stainless steel header, the downpipe with cat, flex joint.

the seperate downpipe is for those with stock exhaust manifold.

CTI finally has the laser cut flanges in, petes header will reflect this.

the link to the manufacturers page won't work for me. I also lost his number, and would like to talk to him. if anyone has his number or a new link it would be great.

Think he can make me the header and downpipe to mate up with the stock catback?

don't you think your 3 inch is going to lose power. Vibrant canceled the 3 in since in testing they lost HP and TQ. There is also another thread about 3 inch being too big
