Just got my CAI

I jsut got it installed.

I must say it is the best thing so faf I have bought for my SS the sound is unbelivable. People look at your car when you go buy with a WTF was that look, its priceless

I love the sound of my friends K&N. It's so freakin loud I LOVE IT. I might buy that JBP cai but it's a tad on the pricey side.

I like the fact that the injen offers polished and black, and the K&N is silver. Gives the customer a choice in color.

it took 500 miles with my k&n before my first cel and happens about every 450 - 500 miles there after ( not sure why ) .

No it doesnt go into limp mode , Runs the same just has a CEL , i bought a code reader every time it comes on i just clear it out . No big deal .

Gauge reads engine vacume From 0 and below to 30 and boost pressure from 0 up to 20 on the gauge .united states .

Canada vacume from 0 to -100 and boost from 0 to 140

Gage indicates vacume under lite to moderate acceleration and boost under heavier throttle
The gage indicates air pressure in the intake manifold before in enters the cylender
