Why the injectors? I see no pulley on that list.

Honestly here is your mod list you need ..... 2.7 pulley and hub, 60s and harness, phenolic spacer and a front mount heat exchanger, larger tensioner pulley. Catless downpipe and header or a gmpp honed manifold, and a intake.. zzp, Injen, ect.

stop recommending 60s to anyone ever. 80s do the job better, barely cost more and 99% of people will never outgrow them.

Get a tvs... Don't waste your money... Good one. Turbo is the only way to go. Tvs is too much cost for too little of a gain.

Also op, injectors aren't gonna do anything on the stock pulley. Plus you HAVE to get a tune if you get injectors, so you might as well get a smaller pulley too. Also add a wide band and gauge pod to that list, a wide band is necessary for tuning

if your tuner is legit he will have a dyno and his own wideband sensor to stick up the tailpipe, so just find a real shop and tuner and **** the gauge.

your going to start by doing a stock airbox mox, then your goign to get an aftermarket filter, then 2.5 dp, headers, stock exhaust, 2.8" pulley, zzp FMHE, wideband, 60lb injectors, colder spark plugs, then sell the stock intake, get a zzp or injen, get tuned sell the 2.8" get a 2.6", sell the 2.5" dp get a 3", get an aftermarket exhaust, get better headers, sell the 60's get 80's, tune.
then going to wanna get e85, and tune.. then sell the stock SC get a tvs, smaller pulley, dual pass. meth. tune. lose to a couple of 350whp+ cars, sell all the **** you got and buy a turbo kit.

dont ever get anything less than 80s. ever. never get anything in the exhaust less than 3". get the best part for each location every time. Dont put yourself in a situation where you have to trade out parts. screw that. get what works at each step.

header and downpipe are where the biggest exhaust restrictions are, zzp long tube with catted dp and a zzp intake. then get a good tune.
