Talking Just Rebuilt My Supercharger

If You're Thinking About Doing It In Your Garage With Your Hand Tools !!! Don't Do It Unless You Have A Hub Removal Tool, A Jack Press & A Shyt Load Of Other Tools, Its A Pain In The A** To Get The Whole Snout Disassebled With Hammers & Wood Haha " & No I Didnt Break Or Bent Anything, I Know What I'm Doing " ...On A Good Note I Just Replaced The Bearings, Seal, & Coupler So Now I Have No Marbles Sound In My Supercharger, The Bearings Were Gone Completely !!!! I Also Ported The Outlet & Polished The Inlet While I Was At It Too

The Coupler Is Really Easy To Replace If That's What Your Doing...A Full Rebuild Kit Cost Me About $ 60 So It Was Defintaly Worth It For Me, Thats How I Spent My Friday Night

I Need A Custom Tune

well after getting the snout off, and the hub, i placed the snout on two pieces of wood making sure nothing is blocking the shaft on the bottom then i hit it with a hammer on top "hub's side till it came out the other side, i used a flat surfaced socket same size as the shaft and hit that with the hammer to prevent damage to the shaft, when the shaft came out from the bottom i took the bearing off the it and there was another bearning at the end of the snout " towards the hub ". After taking the shaft out i got a big extension and hit the other bearing from the inside then the seal came out and the bearing after it... it took a while coz i didnt have the proper tools at my garage, i shoulda just taken it to the shop lol...but it was fun. If you do that, do it at own risk, if ur really good with disassembling engines and transmission this should be a breeze...
