At WOT I can easily hear our SC whine 6 blocks away which I just love. No way that sound can be made with just a modded airbox and stock plastic tubing. Ofcourse if your not into the loud whining then modding the stock airbox is perfect.

I love my K&N! It is loud as FU*K. A little bit of porting to the TB and SC don't hurt either.

There aint no way the stock plastic intake tubing is even close to being as loud as metal intake tubing. It aint gonna happen.

wanna bet?? go spend the 50 bucks cut up your stock air filter to pieces and then install it...I put money you wont see a difference in hp or sound....I raced my friend cpraider and ours where identical
