K&N CAI Fitment Problem

Hello all. I have a problem that I noticed today while changing my oil. My K&N CAI is resting up against one of the brake lines on the ABS Motor. I spend a good hour trying to adjust for best fitment, but the outcome is always the same. At this point, another week and that brake line would have worn a hole completely through the intake tube. I got tired of messing with it and used a piece of bulk vacuum hose and zip tied that around the line. I feel this is not a permanent fix. Anyone else had this problem?
