I just put my K&N Typhoon in today... first nice day since I bought the damn thing over a month ago.. ANYWAY. I had a slight fitment issue at first.. what I did was worked from the bottom up. got it all bolted up underneath first then I hooked it up to the SC..
hooking it up to the SC first will give you a headache. The bolt WILL NOT match up to the stock bolt underneath if you attatch it to the SC first. It was off by a couple inches.
unhooked it from the SC and went from the bottom and everything matched up nice.
its got a GREAT Whine when you get on it too... Have fun with yours.
