Isn't a 0.040 gap kind of high for an SS/SC? Or does it matter that the plugs are copper?

I run a .040 gap fine. But different cars react differently to the gap sizes.

LOL

Classic Stage 2 tune. I guess GM figured running uber rich is the safe route.

Do what he said, switch to regular gas, see if it gets worse. If not, its from the mounts or some other false source.

stage 2 timing is way too advanced. when i first got hptuners i was seeing 21* of timing up top. Even though i wasnt seeing any KR, i still pulled 2* of timing from the high octane table.

you said you use 91, but gm states 93 is required for stage 2. that on top of the advanced timing is probably giving you problems. you DEFINITELY dont want to run a 2.85 pulley. keep the stage 2 pulley, pull a couple deg out of your high octane table and see if that doesnt help

I was seeing about the same degree of knock on my stage 2 tune, so i had to retard the timing a bit. there has to be somewhere , in your town that sells 93 jus try it and see what happens.
