It seems to happen more as soon as I get on the gas then goes back to 0 ... doesnt matter if I go WOT or not. Ill try it tomorrow though to make sure but my IAT's are spiking pretty bad so I havn't been really getting on it lately.

If it's as soon as you step on it then its not detonation, it's from the engine "bouncing" around. I logged a run at the track with wheel hop and it showed 42 degrees of knock haha

not really bouncing. idk what word to use. the engine shakes/vibrates alot right when you get on it causing it to think its knock. Not anything to worry about if this is in fact whats happening

Its the GM stage tune. Doesn't seem to be any knock at WOT just when I first get on the gas.

yeha then ur fine... i would say if its running badly check ur plugs and change them if need be and everyone whe u first step on the gass gets KR... my car had it on the stock tune lol.. also dont worry about the gm tune because its set to be safe so u cant blow it up and bring it in on waranty.
