KR at acceleration>??

I keep getting KR after i hit the gas pedal following DFCO

even if i ease into the accleration, I still feel a slight jerk and KR can be anywhere from .5-2.0

Ive just replaced all my engine and trany mounts, LCA bushings, sway bar bushings..... but still dont see a difference.

my exhaust seems pretty tight, no loose parts underneith,

can anyone tel me what this FALSE knock could be>? its really annoying!

from all the LSJ tunes ive seen, throttle input changes will almost always result in KR, regardless of whether its throttle opening or closing. Its KR during constant throttle (such as WOT) that you want to avoid.

mounts can cause knock... but not piston slap knock.

I have seen it plenty of times on LSJs

My car always gets KR when I accelerate after DFCO. I think it has to do with going from DFCO timing advance to acceleration timing advance. If I go into WOT from DFCO I usually don't see KR, it is usually only when going into low to moderate acceleration.

yeah,,,, its after DFCO...but the harder i push gas the worse the knock is. I dont see it happening the way you are.

it's the mounts... Solid motor mounts on my buddies LSJ netted in CELs.

What do you mean no difference at all?

i got poly mounts from PROTHANE. as far as no difference, the knock and reaction i get as i hit the gas after DFCO, is the same. same feel, same amount of knock as i had with my factory mounts.

yeah i dont feel a lose in power...just that jerk which feels rather uncomfortable.its like a second delay from the time i hit the gas. its like the throttle response is off with the pcm...like someone else mentioned.

i originally thought it was cuz of motor movement, but that issue has been thrown out.
