Does anyone know the lenght of the Laminova cores in the intake manifold? I found a guy selling 3 sets of three different lengths and I'm not sure which Length is the correct length 332mm, 392mm or 407mm.

 

GM wouldn't help me find the length, and nobody seemed to know the answer. But Opcon and Laminova sent me the information I was looking for. In case anyone else is wondering or ever needs to know the core length is 198mm and the internal part number for laminova is CA00028C.

 

My first question...why are you replacing them??

 

i dont have them to begin with, I have a cavalier and am getting the gmpp sc kit. from what alot of people had posted on the jbo the manifold that comes with the kit has the slots for the cores but doesnt come with them. I want the kit intercooled but from what i have been told it doesnt come with the cores, heat exchanger, resivour tank or water pump.

 

That would be extremely dumb of them not to sell it with the cores. Thats the only way i know for actually purchasing the cores is to purchase the whole manifold
