[QUOTE=mattyfinch;805584]how exactly do you test an injector?
The best way to test an injector, while in the car , is with a fuel pressre gauge and a scan tool, Tech2, (or a device that will pulse the injectors for a precise amount of time). With the gauge connected, prime the system and watch for leak down on the gauge. If the reading drops, you may have a leaking injector, (no good at idle). Then you need to pulse each injector and watch for and equal drop in pressure, if one differs, you have a problem.
This does not pertain to te 2.0l, as far as I know.

but why the misfir codes? and thats actually a code for the heated o2 which is the back one, i checked o2 voltage and it was bouncing properly on the scanner. and 290 whp is muchly do to 24 * of timing, plus a **** load of meth, a great tune, and some secrets
and it was 294 but i didnt feel that 4 was important.

I would definitely look into removing it and replacing it with something else. My car ran like total ass when the cat clogged. Pull the downpipe off as well, and turn it over. If the crap comes falling out or it looks like it's melted on the inside that is bad juju!
not sure how too, the dealer is being really gay, they wont check anything until they do the reflash and see that it didnt fix ****. its ******* gay.
does anyone know if hpt supports the tsbs as well? like do they also get the update and add it into the software?

Oh, the car is at the dealership right now? Errrr..... That's scary! All my suggestions are based on checking this stuff yourself. I refuse to go to the dealership for anything more than parts now.
wat is the car doin exactly when it starts?, with out trying read up cuz when you start it and the idle is goin nuts, something is not connected right.
if you have a 2 or 3 piece intake, id check that to make sure the couplers are where they have to be.
this happnened to me when i had the jbp, set a code, couldnt remember which one and the car was just brutal.
checked the intake conenctions and prblem solved, i hope its nothing serious man.
