I have stock headlights and I seem too be getting moisture in them I was wondering if any of you have had the same problem?? It's a Cobalt SS/SC and it is the passender side. I tried silicon around the clear lense meeting the housing? I also tried grease around the headlight o-ring? Does anyone in Canada have a set of stockers for sale??

drill a tiny hole in the one thats having condensation problems.

Oh yeh i have stockers - just swapped em out for some 3rd gen projectors. I guess i could sell them - but im not in Canada =/

 

there was a recall on these back in 2005, call the dealership. DON'T DRILL ANYTHING they will replace them for free

also pull off any silicone that you put on it. make it look exactly like stock and call the dealer.

canada should have the same safety recalls as the US correct?

 

I had my passanger light fog up at like 300 miles on the car , my dealer replaced both of them lol.
