Get the Badmab for sure.

Also remember if you're not installing the clutch yourself, that can be a pretty expensive install bill from a shop. So keep that in mind for your budget.

you shouldnt need meth, but im running every cooling mod for the LSJ and a 3.0 pulley and a AIS trunk mount stage 1 meth system. meth is a good uprgrade IMO, love mine.

Ok as far as the meth injection I dont know I just looked into it alittle and basically all i came up with is that it lowers the intake temp * Im doing all the cooling mods that are out there for the LSJ* you can run more timing * could I run more time if I had a meth injection kit or if I would order some 80lb injectors and ran E85?

Throw in a phenolic spacer. It's a great bang for the buck. Meth or E will allow you to run a much more agressive tune.

if you want power you need to get a better free flowing exhaust.

Dont put the stock muffler on. If you dont like the sound review sound clips and change to a flowing muffler.

IMO I would go 80's and E85. Yes you suffer on gas mileage but you dont have to worry about not having meth in the bottle or a mechanical/electrical issue with the meth kit when you are into it and screw something up because you are at max timing.

On your setup I would run 50/50 E85/91. Yes its more difficult at the pump but I will still be able to tune you to max timing and your gass mileage wont suffer as much.

You should be getting the LSJ upgraded clutch not stock. I am guessing you are.

Order a fuel pump rewire kit from ZZP or OTTP, or look at a picture online and piece the kit together for cheaper. Its cheap and worth the extra room for the injectors.

Oh and another note. I only get $400 back and I bought a hosue this year, got married, etc. You suck.

You can, more than likely, just machine the flywheel. No need for a new one. Bolts yes, TTY.

for his power level itll be fine.

if he wants exhaust related power, porting the exhaust ports on the head will be more beneficial

well, if you get the meth kit, get a canned tune to get you up and running, zzp canned tune works good with my car, basically if you get it tuned for meth, you will see some performance gains plus lower AIT's. the tunes usally lean them out at WOT and add some timming. if you wanna get the most out of it, then get it on a dyno and have it tuned that way. ill be doing this in the spring.

A canned tune will not yeild him any power nor will it for you. It is difficult for whoever made the canned tune to tune for the differences in the meth systems i.e. progressive vs. standard.

I would suggest custom tune from the beginning when you are dealing with those type of power adders. Also a WB is a must. With a custom tune logging WB error it is simple and easy to tune for the added fuel in certain MAF/VE cells.

Besides Sick CCSS he has a custom tune already and I will be finishing it when he gets all the parts.

I have OTTP tune in my car and have NO problems. I would chose OTTP than ZZP tune. And whatever happen to your car when you install either OTTP or ZZP tune to your car. ZZP WILL NOT get back to you ASAP! OTTP does GET BACK to you really fast. Josh is from OTTP and he has text. Whatever wrong then you text him. He will get back to you and solve the problems. While ZZP can't, they only get back to you through email a day or 2. That's SUCKS! It's your money and you decide.
