Little help

I'm hearing this strange thumping noise when i go over bumps and turn my wheel to the left then back.. its sounds like its coming from under my feet somwhere...I just recently started hearing it... Anyone have any idea what this is??? Its doesn't drive any different .. wondering if maybe its just the cold....

if it is when you turn your wheel 90 degrees or so, and there is a clunking sound, it may be your intermediate steering shaft. I checked and there is a service bulletin for it. I got mine replaced. But it may be something else.
