LK9 manifold modifications?

Ok, so I've read over the how to on using the lsj throttle body on the manifold. I'm more curious as to the other modifications that need to be done. I've read a few threads on the subject, but still have a few questions.

Map sensor mounting...other than zzp, anyone else make a map pad? I've contacted arm about it and I'm just awaiting his reply. Any other ways to mount the map?

Manifold to head connection...use lsj intake gasket or Saab? Also instead of drilling out the manifold to use the m8 bolts, could I not just get some m8 to m6 studs and m6 nuts and use those for bolting it on?

I think everything else I understand as far as vacuum lines and such go. And I'll probably just use the le5 tb, instead of having to port the manifold and still use a tb spacer. Thoughts on this?

Thanks for looking.

One more quick question. Pcv valve. Is there one in the Saab manifold similar to the lsj manifold? If not, does that port in the head just get blocked off? What's the best pcv solution for this manifold ?

Good to know on the pcv valve. I have a new one I've been too lazy too remove the manifold to install, but since I'll be swapping manifolds, great time to do it!!

spoke with armperformance and he offers an excellent price on the full mods needed or just the map flange if you know a good welder. I do not, so as soon as I get my manifold, pretty sure it will be off to arm to modify.

Now to find some more deals on everything else I need. Bidding on manifold now on eBay, hope to win for about $35. But even if not there's tons of them on there from $30-75 shipped.

I have a fully modded one ready to go if you're interested.

I make my own map sensor pads and weld them on, but other than that the modifications aren't too bad if you are ok with using the LE5 TB. I have a TB for it also.

What are ya asking for it Joe? I lost my bidding war by a buck. Lol. So I'm interested. It may be a bit, just did my budget and I'm over already. Kids are so expensive!! Damn doctor visits. So it may be around tax refund time, but let me know what you want for it and I'll see what I can dig up. Tb and manifold please. If you no longer have it by then, I'll get at you or arm around tax time to get the ball rolling.

Joe does great work and is very easy to deal with and prices are good.

I've seen pictures of arm's work and it looks amazing and he also offers amazing pricing.

The intake manifolds themselves are pretty much a dime a dozen all over eBay. $30-75 shipped. Plus mods and shipping, you're probably looking at $150 max for the mani. Then you just need bolts and a le5 throttle body or tb spacer and port work for the stock lsj tb.

Think I sold the last one for $240 shipped with TB. Let me know, I have it ready to go. I also have another stock manifold if you really need one, those SAABs are in the local junk yards down here all the time so I usually grab one to keep just in case. They cost me about $40 or so for the bare manifold used.
