How cold was it outside? Cause I got 15 psi stock (or otherwise) when it was freezing out.

Thats not right. I would say ^^^Clogged cat. How many miles? When I put on my intake I lost boost. But had more power. Also just an FYI, your maf sensor installed correctly? Arrow pointing towards motor?

Thanks,
Jas

the cat could be bad, you never know when it's going to go. you may want to pull your DP off and check it. if its melted/clogged, you can blow your motor if that boost starts to climb and you drive it hard.

but it only magically goes above stock psi on this day? Not any previous cold day of the year.

i noticed no new amounts of boost with my injen intake, because they shouldn't be any. and Ive ran it from 80drgree weather to 10degree weather, your first look should be the cat, then the boost actuator, im not sure what the correct name of the part is, but mine was broke, i boosted 20+psi, it pinged the end of the gauge and still built power, till the motor blew because the dealership refused to fix it.

this would not cause added boost. its shut when WOT anyway.... its purpose is to reduce parasitic drag at idle/cruising conditions. Not doing so (like mine) will lower MPG. Sounds like you had a clogged cat.... thought u might wanna know

Clogged cat within two hours? I dogged it before the install and I'd barely hold at the stock 12.5. Thantwo hours later it's clogged? Hmmm. How long have I got with it before something blows up. I'm grttng new headers and dp soon.

you won't be hitting 15psi stock just cause of dense cold air, the highest i saw on a great day for pounding the pedal was 13psi, that was in the teens of temps too. check your cat like said.

I also have just an Injen cai, (installed 2 months ago) no cel or any issues. When at idle, or first starting the car, my boost gauge is pointing downwards at 20 psi. While driving or on the interstate, stays between 10-15 psi. That's just regular driving.

This is my only mod for now as well. with my boost levels, should I need to be concerned? Rather be safe than sorry.
