loud squealing

I just put on a new 3.15 pulley and a 76mm tensioner idler. Somehow I'm getting tons of squealing, which varies with rpm, and I think is coming from the belt. Any thoughts? I will try going back to the stock idler to see if that helps, but from my reading, the idler is supposed to cure the squeal.

If the belt is not centered it will squeel. When I put on my pulley I accidentely had the belt over one too many towards the right on the underdrive pulley and it was squeeling. Centered the belt and it quit.

Belt to tight???? You don't need a bigger idler when going to a 3.1"

3.0 is iffy and 2.9 and down for sure you need the bigger idler.

I think it was off on the AC pulley, so I moved it over and it seems to be fixed now. Thanks for the help.
