Low back pressure causing bad MPG or need new tune?
Low back pressure causing bad MPG or need new tune?
I have an 05 SS, 2.9in pulley, injen intake/aem dryflow filter, lucas 42.5lb injectors, 1step colder plugs forgot what gap is on em, and a custom tune by psykosteve I believe thats his name.... Anyways, ever since I had installed a catless DP, and Corsa Touring Exhaust I had noticed my MPG is like how it was when I got a fuel re-trim from the dealership before I had ever done any mods.... (which if you know from factory/dealership fuel re-trimming the mpg sucks!
) Anyways I had installed the new exhaust long after the tune. And ever since the mpg has sucked! Is this inevitable going with a a high-flow DP or is my car just needing a re-tune? Much advice appreciated... my car has been sitting too long...
