low boost and lagging power intense stg 3

well my intense stg 3 kit has been on for a while now, when i first put it on i would only reach 3-5 pounds of boost, well i couldnt never figure out why so i just bypass modded it, well i want to hook it back up for safety, but it still only reads 3-5 pounds, i think the silinoid for the bypass valve is gone, but not shure, and also with the bypass mod i get stumbling from the motor when i accelate, like it is not geting enough fuel, or somthing, could someone help me out, thanks
codes that i am getting are P0326 Knock Sensor (KS) Performance -PCM , and P0033 Supercharger Bypass Valve Solenoid Control Circuit -PCM,

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

yea i emailed todd at intense and he said that the bypass solenoid was bad or they sent me a bad ecu with the kit, so trial and error is in my future till i get it fixed i guess

When you see lower than average boost the positioing of the bypass valve can be to blame. I belive you push the bypass valve all the way down and tighten it back up. But, iver never heard of it being such a dramatic boost loss. Usualy it varys about 4 lbs from top to bottom position.

yea well when i do bypass mod it boosts fine, but it still feels like it is either starving for fuel, or it is getting to much fuel, i am confused, i need to get some type of monitor so i can see whats happening, but funds are low right now

you could be getting timing pulled and boost loss from knock issues. Do you have a gauge that shows knock? I would definitely get one if you have an aftermarket tune so you can see if you're messing your car up. Also, if you're doing the boost bypass and you're running your car and its knocking, you might just be running your car into the ground.

hey man when i did my mods i had to do the boost bypass. when it is connected it won't go above 5psi. and as far as i know it doesn't hurt anything to have it undone.

I almost guarantee its the Intense tune...when I ordered a custom PCM for my mods, it ran fine for a little while, but when I was on the Interstate and got on it in 4th gear, knock would go thru the roof...at that was at WOT.. I was seeing upwards of 12* of knock...

Hmm. I'm on the intense tune now currently, but I think I'm planning on getting my pcm reflashed by WickedSS2005 in a couple of days.

that would be my guess. i don't have a scan guage but if i had to guess i don't have that much knock if any. i would find a local guy and spend some time on tuning it right
