well i read alot of reveiws, on the ls4 tb on our lsj's, and most of them if not all of them where negative. but from first hand experience, it's just like having a 7lbs flywheel and upgraded clutch. you just gotta find its sweet spot then your golden.
it's doesn't give you alot of hp, but it make the the hp you already have useful aagin

if your willing to live with it and undrstand what it's doing to your car, then get it. but if you just want an upgrade to instantly work no questions asked.....don't.
you'll get use to it in about a weekend.

Not worth it, even with proper scaling it is still sucky in stop and go driving, I live in pittsburgh and it made me wanna pull my hair out, I can imagine it being a little easier to deal with in the country or rural areas, in short if your the type of person that changes throttle positions quickly this is not the throttle body for you
This, only thing I like about it is in a parking lot in first you could just tap the gas and chirp the tires like a big torquey v8, people would look over and see this cobalt, it was always lulz
well it really doesn't matter what zzp made on a smaller or bigger tb, to me 54lbs of boost is still 54lbs of boost. they probably put a smaller tb on to regulate air flow a little better then having 890hp just hit u in the face as soon as you touch the pedal. imo!
but everybody has the veiws on it, i like the throttle response.

ls4 is only useful if your intake mani is ported otherwise the air ur sucking in is going in at the SAME volume as it was with the stock tb. its just more sensitive. think of it like as getting a *******. she can open her mouth wider but shes still gonna gag.

reading this ^ then your sig, is epic.
lol! everybody just chill out, i'm just sayin that ls4 tb's are out of the ordinary, we all now that. i look at it as a step in the right direction as far as future modding goes. i have no problem driving my car with or without the tb. i can adjust to it easy in traffic or school zones and not look like a tool lol!
i dunno what you gotta do but turbo tim a zzp did mine. i guess it all depends on the tuner mostly, because this mod will always have promising results with a good or bad tune.

unfortunately for you, to physics - it isn't
literally bolted it on and readjusted the afr to match the fuel curve on the stock tb. Did 3 pulls on each throttle body and took the highest hp of each to get this.
it doesnt just make more @ peak zones either, its more power over the entire rpm range.
considering how cheap some of us get these for... to bolt it on and gain 9whp... money well spent.
