LS4 TB ???'s

So search buttom is a POS!

Tried searching through all 5 million unrealted to what I searched for threads and cannot find the answer.

I had an LS4 TB that would not idle down to anything less than 17-20% throttle while idling, but then once any throttle was applied it would rise up and not go less than 23%. No tried neumorus thing to attempts idling down, adj the scaler for the TB, and tried commanding lower idle to no avail. Figured TB was bad and just threw another LSJ on.

So now, new LS4 TB from ZZP. SAME DAMN PROBLEM!
tried disconnecting the vac source to the TB nothing, wont go down below 20% at all...

any help would be appreciated

yes i do know it has to be tuned for, hence the changed the scaler for the TB surface area, and flow. tried lowering the idle with HPT down and down, b/c at 23% throttle it idled at 2300 RPM, so when we did a check through the sensor values with HPT it showed at the lowest read value the TB was @ 17%

I have had mine for a few years cause my stocker broke. If this isnt a stock tune then try flashing a stock tune and go from there. I only say this because i had a a long start time issue for a couple years and it finally went away when I got a tune for e47. No dtc? Do you have a spacer or properly ported supercharger inlet so the throttle blade doesnt hit?

Since it is doing the same thing on two of them I would say it is hitting or tune related.
