ne1 know of a cheap spot i can purchase the ls4 throttle body??

junkyard, look for a montecarlo or impala ss from 2006 on and grand prix gxp 2006 and on.

What's the point of a larger TB when the one is larger than the S/C inlet?

yeah well living at home and having not to pay for rent does help a lot homie
nd im getting paid freaking amazingly right now so im taking advantage of it while i can ya know
but i think i can do 75 shot cf trunk and bigger tb all by the end of august and make a run up to tune time and get my **** tuned so im looking at around lets see
1500 bucks or so...correct me if im wrong

so all of those throttle bodies will bolt right on and increase the amount of air getting in?

and yes they all bolt up dirrectly you just have to dremel the bottom part of the s/c inlet cause the trottle plate on the 4.2 wont open all the way. plus yo uhave to get it hp tuned to stop some kind of air idle issue. there is a how to somewhere about this.
