Didn't have those codes with mine. Did have problems until I ported the head. Stock ported TB helps. Most issues I dealt with were with heat. You can tune without the maf for less issues. Once you got it tuned on gas definitely switch to e85 or e100 for cooling purposes. I have been running my 1.2L for years now. Try swithching back to the m-62 to fix the codes then back to the TS.

good news is im getting a completely free hhr that was wrecked in the front from my drunk manager... so that should be a good chunk of change to part out... so it looks like the head work is going to practically free plus some

chood711 07-31-2012 05:05 PM

getting any closer to getting that thing done..

jittjoey 08-01-2012 08:23 PM

haha for the most part its done... i gotta finish up this custom bolt for the oil pressure gauge then its cake on the gasket maker to stop the idel from being off.... i think thats what i did wrong the second time i put all the parts from the intake to the supercharger... i only used gasket maker on one side of the cardboard gasket and the first time i had it on both

jittjoey 06-15-2013 11:02 AM

Someone help me get the damn coolant pipe out

mrbelvedere 06-15-2013 11:48 AM

its a pain but it pulls straight

Tjolley 06-15-2013 11:57 AM

I think its easy..start swisting it back and forth.
If u use a lil high temp grease on the new O ring it will prevent it from happening next time.

jittjoey 06-15-2013 12:45 PM

Lol there is no chance in hell it's a straight pull I got the water pump side 95% out I can fit a finger in that end but it won't budge

It didn't ever really seal itself up with the o ring I think it was turned the wrong way causing it to leak but I have the seals so might as well replace them

Tjolley 06-15-2013 12:50 PM

Hmm wonder y its so hard.
I never ever had a issue with mine. Hmm

jittjoey 06-15-2013 07:15 PM

Got it out finally ... Seals are perfect and intact

Tjolley 06-15-2013 07:20 PM

Water pump bad??

jittjoey 06-15-2013 07:42 PM

No it's leaking from the other side for no goddamn reason ... Buying a new one off mongo and have new seals
