lysholm sc build list

So like the title says this is the official build of the 1 of 3 lysholm twin screw sc kits enthusia made...
Most of the parts will be here this week or by Tuesday...has not been cheap by any means
some winnings from the casino helped ther tho...

**** Norwalk raceway and nights under fire last year for getting me addicted...the build started when in November I bought a turbo kit for the lsj

Got it at an insane price cause the kid needed fast money(right around 2k) was 3 days away from my vacation time to start that build when i saw todds (06_sic_ss) lysholm kit struggled with selling that turbo I got so cheap...went to Kentucky for Christmas to find oil leaking... dipstick had blown out and thought it was just a head gasket seeing milkey oil in the intake tube... come home to find compression in 3 of 4 cylinders below 90... did a leak down test to find out that i had 2 bad rings and 2 scored walls... so making the best decision ,i bought the lysholm kit (cause that makes the lower block better lol)... instead of fixing sleeves i just bought Steve's short block(greatest guy Ive ever dealt with as far as anything car related)

so now to the list:

Gen 2 block
Darton sleeves
knife edge and balanced to 10k crank
diamond 10:5:1 compression
cometic head gasket 40mm
stage 3 ky clutch
hurst sts
ttr front mount zzp rear
ttr upper engine mount
zzp mid length headers with zzp 3" dp
devils own meth kit 14 gallon tip
stance coil-overs
stage 1 axles
over the top heat exchange? don't remember the brand or stage off the top my head
lysholm 1600ax twin screw kit from enthusia
(gotta be missing a few things)

pending sale parts:
injen cai w/ hydro-shield
bfg drag-radials on rims

looking to start meeting the head to the block Sunday when the gasket gets here...goal is to be tuning by march 23-27th ish.... i wanna take this out on my birthday April 3rd

will be tuned by James from ky details still pending on that goals will be 450-475 but for now 350 will make me more than happy... gonna do head work towards the end of summer when the funds get back up above 2 grand again...

future mods :

stage 3 blower cams
port and polish head
valves spring and retainers
possibly a little nitrous
slicks and brembo kit
front splitter/lip that a baby raccoon stole from me
lastly will be appearance mods... wingless, tail ect....

open to advice and ideas... this is literally my first ever mods on any car im learning as i go... thanks to the advice of todd, steve and my brother-in-law... i have never done anything in a car besides basic upkeep and cd players...so input is welcome... esp from chood black magic and enthusia...will update with pictures here soon

being pulled

the old block out

the goods

updated pics

the motor is in and 90% all connected but probem is the blower oulley is hitting front of the upper frame

the new images of 90% completion... its on all 4's now and its hella lower than before... front suspension is so stiff it doesnt move when u push on it at all

Sub'd for sure. Got a good list going there, man. I wish you the best of luck on this build.

Darton sleeves on a Gen II block? I remember reading something somewhere on that.

Btw, what part of Ohio are you from? I'm just a little bit south of Columbus.

ok, didnt know how much larger the lysholm was over the TVS as far as flow. I know the TVS is a 1.32L and Im assuming the Lysholm is a 1.6L blower.
