Question M62 Supercharger Seized?

Hi guys,

I tried searching around but couldn't find anything.

So my supercharger is seized.

I put on a 2.8" pulley, and 60's yesterday, and threw on a base tune for now. AFR was fine (a little rich to be safe), no KR, IAT2s were high but expected for a hot day and a 2.8" pulley (about 30+ than IAT1, but its 88 degrees here right now).

Drove around for about 50 minutes, trying to tune the car, make sure everything went smoothly.

No issues at all, did a couple wide open throttle pulls.

Then I was cruising, and the car make a squeak, and the RPM's just died.

Pulled the SC, and the snub won't turn.

Is this the bearings inside? And how would I got about fixing this issue?

Thank you, Owen

Have to take it apart and do new bearings. You sure there was oil in it?

Update here:

Took apart. There's a piece of what looks like metal jammed in the rotors.

Anyone have an idea on how to remove the rotors from the SC housing?

Take the about off then pull it part from there you will see how it goes when you open it up.

Not sure if you mean snout?

Got the snout off, and I see the bearings, but I can't seem to get them off. Not sure if these need to come off first?

I found this: DIY M62 rebuilding & reversing nose drive w/ pics - Eaton Inside

But I cannot figure out how he pried those rotors out of the casing at all.

Im in Ontario.

I'm thinking it's almost worth it to just buy a used M62...

Any ideas on how to get the metal out?

I tried reversing the rotors, but the pulley hub just spins on the snub, it's that jammed in there.
