Magnaflow Cat
I just recieved my 2.5 magnaflow cat and it already has a o2 bung in it.My ? is,would it be better if i put the o2 sensor on the cat and have a shop fab me up the bottom part of the down pipe since the factory bung gets in the way of exhaust flow or just put the cat on and plug it,thanks.

Maybe its just me being confused but you should have an O2 before and after the cat. Not one in it.
Plus having an O2 sensor dosent really hurt exhaust flow. Just put it where it should go.

Oh, I see the dilemma. Use an o2 bung plug to cap off the one on the magnaflow then. You should have ordered the cat without the bung if that's the case. Not a big deal though.
rallyyellow06, some cars have the 02 sensor on the backside of the cat thus the reason Magnaflow makes them that way. The car would then not have another bung behind it.
